SHIPPING POLICY

Unless otherwise noted in the item description, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders should arrive in less than 14 working days after shipping, depending on your proximity to Isla Mujeres.

1. General Subject to stock availability.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but we are human, and with these unique pieces, there are times when we will not be able to fulfill your purchase. In this instance, we will contact you with suggestions for other products or process a refund.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the unique piece and its destination.

3. Return policy
NaluArt takes special care of its reputation and cares to provide the best customer service. All our items are unique and handmade, securely packed. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the fault is ours. However, we understand the sentiment and importance behind every piece we sell. Therefore, if you have an issue or concern with your order, be sure to contact us immediately, and we can help you with the situation. The buyer will be made responsible for the return fee.

4. Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Parcels damaged in transit
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please get in touch with us. We do not take any responsibility for any parcel damaged within the mailing. This is the responsibility between the courier and the customer.

6. Duties and taxes
No sales tax or VAT is included to the product price. The customer shall be liable to pay for any sale tax/VAT as per their country’s local law.

7. Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. The varies by country and NaluArt encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

8. Cancellations
Buyers can request order cancellation within 2 hours if they change their mind. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
